1. Hunting the jewel is about catching the other team’s jewel and when you manage to do so, you win the game.

    

   Before this happens, a lot of duels take place where you win and lose before the jewel is found and captured.

    

   Two equal teams are selected. The two teams each have their own base within the area of play from which the game is played. Two Masters are selected whose role it is to select a strategy for the game and to hand the cards to the players. The players will then duel with their opposing team until the jewel has been found and captured. Whether the jewel should be in an open game from the outset, or whether it should be played as the last card should be agreed upon at the beginning of the game.

    

2. The play continues until a predetermined number of points have been achieved. The points can be seen in the right-hand corner of the cards. Each team has a total of 2600 points, so you could, for example, play until reaching 1100 points.

    

3. The Jewel Hunt can also be played sitting down. Cards are dealt in number of participants. Each participant in the game turn cards simultaneously and the card with the highest points win the game.  The game is continued until a player has all the cards and has therefore won the game.
